Preschool Corner offers the following Return Policy:

If you find it necessary to return an item for any reason, please fill out the form provided in your shipment. Items being returned must be postmarked within 7 days after the receipt of the item. All items must be in original condition.There are no refunds for opened DVD's, CDs or for downloaded items.Shipping charges may or maynot not be refunded (determined on a case to case basis).
